Jennifer Ross joined ICOM as a Learning Specialist in June of 2019.
Jennifer has served as an Academic and Career Counselor working with students to develop academic plans and make career decisions. As an adjunct faculty member, she has taught numerous courses in career and life planning and university orientation.
After a successful career in higher education, Jennifer joined a private organization working with corporations to provide career counseling and transition services to their employees. She has served as President of the Idaho Career Development Association and board member of the Idaho Counseling Association.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in student affairs from Idaho State University and is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Idaho. She grew up in a small town in Wyoming and loves that Boise offers a mix of city life and outdoor adventure.
Jennifer and her family are weekend warriors who ski in the winter and camp in the summer as much as possible. Jennifer is excited to be a part of the ICOM team and the impact Idaho’s first medical school with make in rural, underserved areas.
