The Director of Student Affairs will assess what documentation may be needed and discuss possible accommodations with the student. Once documentation is turned into the Director of Student Affairs, the information will be reviewed and if the student is found eligible, he or she will be notified of the approved accommodations. The Director of Student Affairs will require at least 30 days from the time documentation is submitted to process any request.
Students should be aware that the granting of an accommodation during medical school does not guarantee the granting of an accommodation on external or licensure exams.
