Jenisa Oberbeck, DO
Dr. Jenisa Oberbeck graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Petersburg General Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. During her third year she served as one of the chief residents. After completing her residency and gaining board certification in family practice, she continued working in Florida doing stints in inpatient hospital, geriatric and nursing home medicine. Finally, she practiced in a busy pediatrics clinic before transitioning to an attending physician, supervising residents and medical students at the outpatient residency clinic at St. Petersburg General Hospital. In 2017, she left that residency clinic and moved to Orlando, Florida and completed advanced training in neuromusculoskeletal medicine (NMM).
A firm proponent of quality education, Dr. Oberbeck is excited to be joining the faculty at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has a special interest in Osteopathic manipulation during pregnancy and Osteopathic manipulation as an aid in the treatment of childhood diseases.
